How far do the radios reach?
It depends on the venue: buildings, walls, floors and terrain all affect range. Tell us where your event is and we will match the radios and channel setup to it. We will confirm coverage on your quote.
How long do the batteries last?
Every radio goes out fully charged and tested. For long days and multi-day events we include spare batteries and charging docks, so nobody runs dry. We will confirm what is included on your quote.
How many radios do I need?
One for each person who needs to talk or listen, plus a couple of spares. Tell us your teams and how they work together, and we will recommend a number.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver and pick up across Brooklyn, NYC and surrounding areas. Farther out? Ask us. We will confirm delivery details on your quote.
What if a radio is lost or damaged?
Tell us right away. Every kit is counted at drop-off and pickup, and lost or damaged gear is handled according to the rental terms on your quote, so there are no surprises.
Do you have earpieces?
Yes. We offer shoulder speaker mics and discreet earpieces. Pick them on the booking form or ask us what fits your event.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weddings and summer camp dates. We also handle last-minute requests whenever gear is available, so it is always worth a call.
Can you set up and support us on site?
Yes. Event Packages include on-site setup and a dedicated support tech who knows your setup and stays on call during your event.
